Parking Garage - I would recommend going up on the 5th floor. This spot is only good in the afternoon time for photos, when the sun is in the west. You could go up on the 6th floor but the tower would have a very clear view of you and your time up there might be cut short. The cops might try to move you along if you're caught. I've spoken to many people from the airport authority and they have no problem with people taking pictures up there but for some reason the cops think they do.
