Official Spotting Locations
Around the terminal
Since they have redesigned the airport, it is quite difficult to spot in BRN. The main spotting points are next to the terminal. From there you can take pictures of the parking stands and the runway, but its all through a fence. An other point is the old tower. There is a small bistro inside and you have a good overview of the airport. (Note: They don't like it, if there are big groups around the bistro.) The old tower is located next to the terminal too. It is open the whole day, except, if a group has hired the bistro.
Other Spotting Locations
Around the airport
There is a fence around the airport and because of that, you have to search the right position. You can take good pictures in the approach on both sides of the airport. There is also a small place, called Cafe Charlie, in the middle of the airport. From there you have the opportunity to take pictures of some aircraft on the privat stands.
