Siauliai International Airport (also dubbing as military Zokniai Air Base, and informally known as Zokniai) is a cargo airport in Northern Lithuania. It's situated South East of Siauliai. The runway is 3.500 kilometres long and 45 metres wide.

The cargo airport aims to become the refuelling point for European-Asian cargo routes, and states that it serves aircraft of various air companies of all types such as An 124 "Ruslan", B747-200, Il-76, DC8, C5 "Galaxy", An 12, etc. There are no scheduled passenger services.

The airport also serves as the primary base for Lithuanian Air Forces, and houses fighter jets of other NATO countries on continuos Baltic States airspace policing mission (the policing jets are supposed to be ready to lift-off on 20 minutes notice).

The airport was establlished before WWII for military purposes, and was extensively rebuilt by Soviet Army to become one of the biggest military airports in Soviet Union up until USSR's collapse in early 1990s. It was redevelopped for civil purposes later in the decade.
