Old Military Area

The southwestern part of the airport used to be a military area, but since the flotilla was closed down in 2002, it has been open for the public. From the northwest corner of the area, shoots of landing aircraft can be taken, when landings are on runway 14. The site is also good for spotting when take-offs are from runway 32.

32 Threshold

A few metres southeast of the treshold, there is a small gravel road. The site is good if you want to take photos of landing, overpassing aircraft. Unfortunately, runway 32 is not very often used for landings, mostly take-offs. But from here, you have quite a good view over the terminal and the apron as well.
