PVD has some great spotting locations. For Runway 23, Winslow park which also has great views for Runway 5 and 34. If you walk over in front of Runway 23, airplanes will fly over at as low as 40 feet. For Runway 16 you can use Airport Rd or spot from the parking garage but you might have to park your car acrosss the street to avoid parking fees. | |||
