Winslow Park is located parallel to runway 23/5 and sits near the intersection of 23/34 making it the best location for runway 34/16 viewing as-well. Winslow has great views during the morning time but becomes backlit later in the day. Parking garage A has a great view of the whole airfield and allows for non-backlit photos during the afternoon to evening hours. Be careful though, if you stand to close to the edge Southwest may call Airport Police. Main Ave at the end of runway 23/5 is a great location when runway 5 is in use. Because of the lack of obstructions to the area due to the ILS system, this location is good all day long.
