13th Avenue runs along the beginning of runway 13/31. It is good for spotting planes overhead that are landing/taking off of 13/31. It also offers views of planes using runway 08/26. There is an approach to park on where the end of the runway is. Warning to photographers: There is a chain-link fence around the perimeter of the airport which makes spotting planes on the ground difficult from this location, but it doesn't affect planes in the air. | |||
