Blue Grass Airport is the main airport for Lexington, Kentucky. The airport is located west of downtown Lexington in Fayette County. It is owned and operated by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board. The airport has two main runways: 4/22, which is 7,000 feet long and 9/27, which is 4,000 feet long. The airport handled 1,204,273 passengers in 2022.
