There is a very good spotting location located next to Runway 7/25. It is located right next to the control tower. Just turn onto South 66th Street from Zero St and drive about a quarter mile. This offers a spectacular view of aircraft taking off and landing on runway 7/25. At least a 200mm lens is required for photography here. This place is great during the winter, as the light is behind you for most of the day. Make sure to bring a ladder, or stand on top of your car due to the fence. This place is backlit during the summer. | There is a very good spotting location located next to Runway 7/25. It is located right next to the control tower. During the summer, another great location to go to is the corner of Savannah and South 46th street, opposite of American Precision Fabricators. The lighting is great here in the summer months, but backlit in the winter. This spot provides a great view of arriving and departing aircraft on Runway 7, as well as distant shots of departures from 25. At least 200mm is required for 7 arrivals and departures, and about 300mm for 25 departures. | During the summer, another great location to go to is the corner of Savannah and South 46th street, opposite of American Precision Fabricators.
