As of 2013, the fully renovated terrace is now the highest point on Kanoni Hill to take photos. From here you have views over the approach to runway 35 and Mouse Island. It is also possible to shoot pictures of aircraft up to 737 size backtracking on the runway through gaps in the overhead power lines.
