 ==Spotting Locations==
-PVD has some great spotting locations. For Runway 23, Winslow park which also has great views for Runway 5 and 34.  If you walk over in front of Runway 23, airplanes will fly over at as low as 40 feet. For Runway 16 you can use Airport Rd or spot from the parking garage but you might have to park your car acrosss the street to avoid parking fees.
+Winslow Park is located parallel to runway 23/5 and sits near the intersection of 23/34 making it the best location for runway 34/16 viewing as-well. Winslow has great views during the morning time but becomes backlit later in the day. Parking garage A has a great view of the whole airfield and allows for non-backlit photos during the afternoon to evening hours. Main Ave at the end of runway 23/5 is a great location when runway 5 is in use. Because of the lack of obstructions to the area due to the ILS system, this location is good all day long. Warwick Industrial Drive is also a great spot during runway 5 operations but it too is backlit during the afternoon.
